This is a favorite Kirk design. Though the Bowman house was demolished to make way for a McManson, the neighborhood around 113th Place, Kirkland WA, is full of houses of the same plan, turned and flipped, flat roofed or gabled, and most have been well cared for. It seems the plan was appreciated by many as I’ve seen it all around the Seattle area on MLS. Depending on location and condition, they’ve sold for between $97K and $600K. A real gem!
